  1. Promoter
    The giveaway is run by VARSA (“the Promoter”).


  2. Eligibility

    • The giveaway is open to student teams participating in the Student Soccer league.

    • Entries must be submitted via the official signup form.


  3. The Prize

    • One (1) winning team will receive five (5) custom VARSA shirts.

    • The prize covers shirts only and does not include shorts, socks, or additional items unless otherwise agreed.

    • The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.


  4. Winner Selection & Notification

    • One winning team will be selected at the Promoter’s discretion from all valid entries.

    • The winning team will be contacted directly using the contact details provided in the signup form.

    • The winner may or may not be announced publicly.


  5. Design & Fulfilment

    • Shirt design,️will be agreed between VARSA and the winning team.

    • Production timelines will be confirmed after design approval.

    • Any additional items, quantities, or upgrades beyond the five shirts will be chargeable.


  6. Data & Contact

    • By entering, teams agree that VARSA may contact them in relation to the giveaway and for future marketing, sales, and kit-related communications, including outreach about custom teamwear opportunities.

    • Personal data will be handled in accordance with VARSA’s privacy policy.


  7. General

    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway at any time if necessary.

    • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
